SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Beautopia strives to reduce costs for its clients wherever possible. Beautopia’s free delivery is one example of just how much emphasis Beautopia places on helping trade customers overcome the accumulating costs of freight, saving them money that can be used for more important expenses in the day to day running of their business.

For free delivery on Trade orders placed on our website www.beautopia.com.au, the order amount must be $249. This excludes equipments, furniture items and dangerous goods. Also excludes Tasmania and Northern Territory.

For postage-free delivery on Retail orders placed on our website www.beautopia.com.au, the order amount must be $99. This excludes equipments, furniture items and dangerous goods.  Also excludes Tasmania and Northern Territory.

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers, locked bags or any service where the receiver is not there to sign for the delivery.

All orders are supplied with a Tracking Number and can be traced by clicking on the link provided once your orders are despatched.

Times are estimated on orders that are placed before 12:30 PM AEST.

Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
